Where Do I Belong ?

"Where Do I Belong?" is my  second novel (In Hindi) published by  Bharatiya Jnanpith (http://jnanpith.net/index.html) in 2010.  It is  story of a young girl Rina, descendent of an immigrant in Denmark- in search of her identity. She is torn between demands of her family to abide by their cultural values, and the Danish society outside, which is skeptical about anything un-Danish. She is a Danish citizen and Denmark is her 'Karmabhumi', but in the mirage created by her dilemma she follows her heart over her mind, while guarding her absolute rights to make a decision about her life, available to all adults in the Danish society.

To reach out to more readers, I have simultaneously readied English version of the novel also  and now I am trying to find a publisher.

Some advance comments (on English version of the novel):

Never before have the Danes been able to go behind the closed doors of the Indian families in Copenhagen as in 'Where Do I Belong?
